Wisdom Tooth...

2 months ago.. my gum hurts slightly.. I prayed and hoped fervently that it wasn't a cavity...

And to my relief, i spotted a little white patch emerging from my gums a month later... Phew!! It's my wisdom tooth(s)!!!

But still.. it hurts like hell, and the pain gets even worse recently that the gums are pretty swollen already..

And just a few days ago, i've woken in the middle of the night just because of the painful ache!!! ARgghhh...

Not only that.. i cant eat my favourite foods in peace~ Cos when i bite, the food will press against my gums which is sandwiched between the food and the tooth underneath.. Poor gums~!!!

I really hoped that my new wisdom is worth all the pain~ Hahah...

So i go round asking my friends what their experience is like when they got theirs and how they deal with the pain...


And to my horror...




NONE OF THEM HAVE GOTTEN THEIRS YET~!!!!!!

Oh man~!! And they are all older than me!!! Oh man~ Why like that?!!!

Last fri's sushi outing was fun..

Though some people kept frowning like a grouchy uncle, though some people felt that the sushis or their presentation weren't fantastic enough, though some people simply refused to help me refill my drinks when they are sitting at the outer sides of the seats, though some... HaiZ...

But i still enjoyed my sashimis and soft-shell crabs and some Nemo-egg-looking sushis as well as some lobster salad sushis... Muahahhaa~~


Later went over to JP for the Operation KR Makeover !!!

We stopped at Baleno, and i picked a shirt (which till now i still think is not bad) for KR to try with his jeans... And was rewarded with frowns and head shakes from WS, YB, TL　and even KR himself.. HaiZ..


Later on the bus back home, YZ actually boarded on the bus a few stops after the interchange!! Talk about fate!! Or coincidence or whatever you call it... Then TL very 识相的 gave up her seat to YZ... (Cos TL was sitting with WS at the moment) And they departed us by entering to a World of Their Own... Lolx...


So after that sushi outing, there isn't really much happening these days... Just that since i have to see JJ everyday (cos we practically hv e same timetable), we have come up with doing some silly stuffs to prevent ourself from being so sian of each other too quickly.. =X




Like singing lessons in engin canteen using The Phantom of the Opera piano scores...

Me: "...That voice which calls to me...And speaks my name~ And do I dream again..."

JJ: "YL, ermm... i think you just changed key liao.." (Meaning: Wrong pitch..)

Me: "..." =S


Then later YY come join us, read his comic while we continued with our singing practice.. Lolx... A while later we talked about relationships/friendships etc, but don't know how in the end, it led us to listen to JJ's buddhist teachings till 8-9pm... when we had intended to mug initially.. Haiz...

Like going to Causeway Point to play arcade... We played this The Lost World game where you get to sit on the bench in this truck-like setting and shoot dinosaurs.. Very exciting.. Lolx.. Shouted and jumped from our seats while playing.. Luckily it's partially shielded from the public.. Lolx...

I vaguely remembered playing with HY the same game some 4-5 years ago i think.. Haha.. i remembered i was screaming that time too.. that HY felt so paiseh after the game.. Lol... Yeah it's a pretty old game.. But it's still fun nevertheless~ Haha...

Anyway after that dinosaur shooting game, JJ suddenly told me excitedly that the guy was at the last stage of the House of the Dead 4 already... And we watched in admiration as the guy steadily shoot what looked like crystal dragons and some ugly-creature-like boss... After a few minutes... he walked off.. and the credits began to scroll... WOW!! Power sia~~

Anyway, i forgot to tell you guys.. JJ only came to know what's the House of the Dead 4 in less than 2 weeks ago... When i first introduced him to the World of Arcade.....(Yeah, keep ranting that i'm a bad influence to him ever since..)



That fateful day when we decided to try ice-skating after school... But the skating rink was closed for renovation... So in the end, i brought JJ to the World of Arcade instead.. Lolx... Showed him my Bishi Bashi skills..

After that, when i asked him what else he wanted to play..

JJ: "Hey that House of the Dead 4 like very fun leh yl.. Let's play that!!"

I was so shocked at that time that i don't know what to say.. and for several reasons... 1)Because he rarely comes to arcade (according to him) and he picked that kind of violent game already. 2)Because he haven't even observe how people play and he wanted to throw in his $1.50 to start playing already. 3)And because the dead people are so revoltingly ugly and gross.. how can one stand playing that??!!

Plus from my image of him, all these seemed so un-JJ-like..

So i persuaded him to play car racing (which is only 55 cents) with me first.. It's when he "Oh NO! What's pit work? How come i cannot control the car??? Oh no~!!! What's time extension???!!! Why got time one???" that i realised i have just stopped what would have been a regretful and heart-and-money-wrenching calamity.. =X

HAHA~~ Pls dun kill me JJ..

But anyway, a few days later.. He told me that he went youtube to watch how people play House of the Dead 4.. Just these few days, we even discussed happily about going to shopping and Kbox.. Something which is so out of JJ's range of activities.. And i realised he also complained that he's quite sian to go for lectures more and more frequently..

His gaining of interest in arcade games, Kbox and leisure activites... His losing interest in lectures, tutorials and academic-related stuffs... Oh shit... Have i just opened the Pandora's Box unwittingly?? Am i really that bad an influence??

Oh man.. think i should study harder and set a better example next time~

Unhealthy Eating Binge

Shit.. staying at home isn't a good thing at all..

Today I've been slacking at home, catching up my last week's tv programmes at one shot..
Not only that, i've been eating junk non-stop while tv watching too... =(

After that stomach-bloating sushi outing last friday (which i'll blog at a later time), i think my stomach capacity increased or something... Ate a lot.. Can finish my mom's salmon + sushi rice for breakfast.. Then 2 oranges, 1 packet of Lay's Sour & Cream potato chips, 1 packet of kinder bueno and 6 (or was it 7?) packets of Hello Panda biscuits for lunch!!! Because i bought the assorted flavours kind, so i couldn't resist trying all the Hello Panda flavours~ Heh...

Later went to this 泉馨园海鲜菜馆 at Jalan Besar for dinner... HAhaha.. whoa~ the food there not bad~ I recommend the Stewed Duck with Sea Cucumber dish!! Hahaha~ $25 only but its serving is like one of the dishes you have for banquet when you have 10 persons at a table.. The oyster egg not bad too~ Yum yum~!!! Think my stomach's super bloated now... Must go rest a bit first.. Lol..

The Story of XX the 妖女...

This is some overdued post which i only manage to complete by now.. Heh..




Inspired by some silly crap by JJ and YY recently, as well as the fictitous story of the little Frog by averii... I've decided to do a short story too... And this is the Story of XX the 妖女...


On a bright sunny afternoon, JJ, XX and YY were attending their boring lesson as usual...

Yet they couldn't talk much because of a previous incident... (when a fierce somebody shouted "Do you mind??!!!", when XX and YY were only giggling at a moderate and acceptable noise level.)

So anyway, the three of them kept real quiet.. Some were stoning and some were diligently taking notes.. And surprisingly JJ was one of the stoners, because he's usually the one taking notes...


XX asked, "Are you okay?"

"Hmmm.. I'm not really feeling well.. Think i've a headache ever since the start of the lesson," JJ replied, "must be it's because I hadn't had a good sleep last night."


But he's wrong, damn wrong...
Little did he know that the real reason is so unexpected, simply beyond his imaginations... Muahaha... (OopS..)


JJ was having this headache throughout the whole day, making him very uncomfortable... He talked less than usual, more blur than usual and thinks slower than usual.. =X And he's like that even on the bus on the way home..

Meanwhile the other two was bored on the bus, so XX started an idle conversation...

XX asked, with a sweet smile, "Haha.. Hey i ask you ar.. If i don't talk, do you think i have a 天使般的脸孔??"

YY laughed so loudly that many heads turned... Even JJ laughed despite his splitting headache...


XX asked, "Eh, what's so funny??"

To JJ, YY commented, "Oh my god.. I think she has already exceeded the highest level of the Art of BHB man~"

XX --> "..."

Unknown to JJ and YY, anger was boiling within XX... Inside, she was furiously ROARing already... But on the surface she kept a nice smile throughout the journey. --> ^_^


Some minutes passed after the laughter had died down.. YY remained real quiet...


JJ asked, "Hey why are you so quiet suddenly?"

"I don't know.. I suddenly had a splitting headache...and i can feel myself getting weaker and weaker.." YY answered.

"Oh you too? I had a headache ever since i reached school... It's getting more and more terrible at the moment. So strange..." JJ commented.


It's at this moment, they realised that XX had an odd smile on her face...with a malicious twinkle in her eyes...


"Hiak hiak hiak hiak...!!!" XX laughed in her high pitch voice... Suddenly her 天使般的脸孔 was no more, and replaced with it was a devilish 的脸孔 instead..

"It's too late!! HAHAHA!!! I've finished sucking JJ's 阳气 already... And YY, yours is going to be depleted soon..." laughed XX, "so i might as well tell you the truth... I'm actually XX the thousand old 妖女.. And i've been collecting 阳气s to maintain my youthful 天使般的脸孔 all these years... MUAHAHAHaha..."

The truth crashed down upon them heavily... With a gasp of horror, they then realised the reason behind their headaches and discomfort these past few days

"I actually had wanted to let you guys live longer, so that i can enjoy my doses of 阳气 everyday.. and you all at most suffer from headaches.. But who ask you to infuriate me just now??!!!" snared XX, "so you all can't really blame me you know.. Ok, here's my stop. Enjoy your last moments together~ WahahahA..."

With that, she tapped her EZ-link card and alighted the bus.


All this while, the bus was really noisy with student's excited chatters about school and the aunties' complaints about the prices of their market purchases.. So no one took notice of the whole commotion..


By now, JJ had gone into an eternal sleep already..


While breathing his last, YY thought...

To think i had tortured myself by going to gym and doing exercises just to keep fit..

To think i had wasted so much money on my daily Yakults just to keep myself healthy...

In the end, 人算不如天算.. I still come to this ending despite my efforts...

Should have ate more while i could... ... ...

... ... ... ...


A tear rolled down from the corner of his eye...

With that, he opened his eyes no more...


Meanwhile, the bus was still moving at that ever so slow turtle-like speed...

While its noisy passengers are still chattering and chattering.....

Suay Chronicles II

And i thought my lousy timetable is the only suay thing...

Lately i wanted to take part in some exercise programme, and i finally persuaded JJ and YY to join~ Was waiting for the health and fitness booth to be set up in arts.. And it came yesterday~

So i went happily to visit the health and fitness booth... and all the classes are already full!! Arrrggghhhh.... Should have went to its booth at science when it first set up...

Then today.. Wanted to go iceskating... When i reached there, fuji palace is under renovation~!!!

What a waste of time~!!! =(


Oh and can i complain that my two psych textbooks cost me like 80 bucks?!!!

Timetable of this Sem..

Oh shit... I didn't get any timeslots for Developmental Psych!! Arrggghhh...
Why tis sem so suay?? I have always gotten what i want for the past sems!!
This is the first time i have to ballot in the 2nd round sia~

But for JJ, it's already 家常便饭...
And i put similar ranks as him...

Hmmm...

The rest still okay though.. But now that there're only friday slots for the developmental tutorial, my friday is gone.. Haiz.. And i thought i could continue ending my fridays at 12pm... or at least 2pm!! Arrggghhh...

But never mind.. After looking at The World's Suckiest Timetable... I felt slightly relieved though...

Sometimes things are not as bad as it seems.. LoL...

First few days in school...

...and i've already failed in one of my new year resolutions already.. and that's being punctual for all lectures.. In fact, i've been late for ALL my lectures for at least 20 mins~!! Old habits are hard to break.. Haiz...

But i still felt quite fortunate that i had people accompanying me in every module..

And JJ was taking with me 4 mods sia.. HAhaha, whoa so sian man~ I'm gonna see him like everyday sia.. But think he must have felt the same way too~ lolx...

Though i had 5 day week, i think i can end at 2 pm on 3 days if i can successfully get my desired tutorials~

And sian~

Arts canteen is gone le~ So been to engin and science canteens these few days... And after 3 days, i found myself missing Arts canteen already~!!!　*Sobz*

But on a happy note, I managed to catch the milo truck everyday~ Had at least 4 thick cups of the deliciously chocolatey milo.. *slurPS* HAha~ No wonder i've been feeling so healthy and energised these days~ Yup, thanks to those vitamins, minerals, iron and what-have-yous... Lolx...

Hope i can see the milo truck tomorrow again~ =D


Another new year resolution in my list is to sleep early.. I realised i've been sleeping like 4-5 hours per day only for the past few months. I thought that was normal initially, until i asked around... And most of them slept an average of 8 hours per day~!!! That's how i realise i've been sleeping unhealthily all these while~ *Horrors*

I heard that the crucial sleeping time at night is 10pm to 2am.. It's when physical repair takes place in our body immune system. So my target shall be to sleep at about 11pm (after 金枝玉孽.. heh..) every night~

Oh shit.. it's 1.23 already~ I shall end here..

Muggerhood Chalet~

Just been back from chalet.. It was fun.. though it was completely different from the sun, sand and sea kind of chalet that i expected.. It's PS2, card games, TV, and net-surfing all the way...

Haha.. Like what Seb has said, perhaps i'm really not suitable for Bridge.. I lost almost every round of that game!! =( RoarsS~!! I just simply don't get the logic behind the game sia, and perhaps never will... Lol...

But not for the case of YT.. She's quite good at it and loved the game so much that she composed a song just for Bridge~ Her passion for that game is evident.. Lol.. But sometimes her excitement can be too much for people to take.. Especially sleepy people.. Heh.. =X

When one becomes too bored and yet restless during chalet... one will tend to do many bo liao creative stuff.. Like blanket partying and body slamming, like JL's skin peeling competition, like imitating 赌神s we see on TV by shooting poker cards at people... and so on.. Lolx~

HAha, I had fun playing the soccer game with KR too~ Though he trashed me like siao lah~ =( Kena lots of own goals.. Sian~ First time ever that Brazil lost to England!!! And KR almost died of laughter... =S

And surprise!!! Muggerhood didn't forget my birthday!! Lolx.. Though i suspected something when WS insisted that i no need to go with them to buy dinner.. and when she started to body slam me when YB came back..

Seb's birthday was coming soon too.. So 2 birthdays were celebrated in this chalet..
And Seb even best..He found out about it just minutes before the surprise, when he opened the fridge for a drink... Lolx.. Funny siah~

After wishes are made and candles blown, it's time to cut the cake~ *drools* Hahaha~

Double birthdays~ but for different ages.. lolx..

Under peer pressure, I was supposed to take a piece of chocolate with my mouth while Seb bites it.. I was all prepared to be spontaneous.. And got ready with the chocolate in my mouth.. But Seb responded with a look of horror and a loongg scream of "不要~~~~~!!!!!!". =SSS

When we got our presents, and opened it..

I got a purple tee and Seb got a black skirt~!! LolX..

Switching back to our rightful presents..

I liked the black skirt~ but i liked the purple tee too~ Can i keep the purple tee oso?? heh..

After chalet, many of them have their own plans..leaving KR, WS, YT and me with nothing else to do.. So we 灵机一动，and we decided to go kbox~!! Wahaha..

Super high lar~ So high that i felt there isn't much kick jumping on the ground~ The couch seemed a better choice.. HAhaha~ Apparently this is a wrong choice. So wrong~




We were in the HIGH-ing mode.. Everyone waa dancing wildly to the music and i'm like jumping up and down on the sofa...


And it's at this very moment that the ever so irritating kbox staff chose to barge into the room...

Before i could react or even blink my eye, the other 3 had already plopped themselves onto the sofa...




leaving me still standing on the sofa.. with the mike in my hand~

The whole situation was just too funny at that moment.. that we just burst out laughing unanimously lor~!! And continued laughing even after the guy shut the door (with a weird look on his face).. HAhaha... AFter that i don't remember him coming into our room again le.. Lol..

So that's the end of the last outing before the start of the new sem...

Why good things come to an end so quickly??!!!

The first day of the holidays seem like yesterday... And tomorrow i have to start school already!!! ARrgggghhh.......

What's worse, this sem i'm having a 5 day week!!! Which is pretty rare for an arts student lar~ Haiz.. But no choice, i've no other modules to take... So i'm even more unmotivated to go to school tomorrow.. HAiZ..

But never mind bah.. at least 5 day a week means staying in school and hopefully, being able to study in school for 5 days... It also means fully utilising my concession, and the school utilities as well.. Heh... That's probably the only consolation bah..

I am also taking 4 cores man~ which is super heavy workload again... Hope i can survive this sem!!!

Last Week's updates

Was quite busy last week.. So not much time to blog.. Haha..
Here's a quick summary of the week's events...


Last sat --> Slacking at YH's house with m1 gang

Met at Marina Square to shop for food for the outing... While HL and JH buy their christmas gifts for their gfs.. Whoa~ Rich ar, some people... Addidas bag... and Guess Wallet some more... How come you all's jie mei don't get such privellege sia??? =SSS

Shopped at Carrefour... Bought 2 Chicken for 9.80 --> Way below my expectations... :D No, i'm not complaining at all.. Lol... Also bought 2 bottles of sparkling juice... coz we're all still under 21.. Haha!

Went to YH's house... Ordered 2 Extra Large pizzas some more... Whoa~ Ate till so full that my stomach bloated liao.. *BurpS* hahaha~ Left 2 pieces of chicken.. Me and HX competed to finish our last piece of chicken.. Whoever finish last shall take care of the remains.. Whoa suei~ i lost!!! Luckily i managed to distract them... Soon we were playing UNO, some card game which i almost forgot existed, and the 2 chicken forgotten... Heh...

Played numerous silly games like Heart Attack, Stacko, and some finger game which i don't know its name...

End at 10+pm... Overall quite fun!!! Quite surprised that we can have such fun just by playing these stupid games~ Lolx...

YH's mom even gave us a little Christmas gift before we went home~ HeeZ...=D



last sun --> Went to Xmas cum cousin's bday party at aunt's house

Normal family gathering with aunts and uncles and pesky little cousins... Food is the main attraction there i guess.. Heehee... =X Got little homemade pizzas, spaghetti, potatoes with cheese, pineapple fried rice, sotong balls (in white and orange), turkey ham with some honey sauce, samosa, chicken pie and many many other dishes.. There's snacks, chocolates, sweets, ice cream....

Being someone who loves to try every single thing all at once, I found 90% of my time there stuffing myself with food... Ahahaha... That's why i hated it when there are so many variety!! Coz i ended up eating everything!! =( And my weight now is like... Haiz.



Last mon --> Muggerhood steamboat

After a long debate.. the decision to slack at TL's house finally won... Lol..

Whoa~ TL super pro at playing piano.. Never heard of the song before still can play so fluently.. Grade 8 果然不是盖的... Lol..

Later played badminton and basketball.. I know i'm not good at both but i still liked to play~ Wahhaha... Eh, why so fast end le?? I still wanna play some more leh~ Lol...

Went up again... Finally know how to play Bridge liao~ HAhaha... But no time to display what i've learnt.. Never mind.. chalet must play!! I can sense that Cap 5 and Hero taught me till they wanna 抓狂 already.. =X So all the more i can't let their efforts go to waste sia.. CHalet must PLAY!! Lol...

HAd Steamboat later.. Whoa~ What a great spread!! There's lotsa food (again!! oh man~). Ranging from seafood like Giant Drunken Prawns (my fav of the day!! lol..), Abalone(*_*) and Sea Cucumber to meat like bacon, fish and chicken, to other soup ingredients like fishball, crabmeat, vegetable and ermm... many more. Haha.. (can't really remember, coz i'm busy koping the prawns.. Lol..)

It's xmas day too! So we had a little christmas gift exchange at TL's house too~

Got Seb's mug... Very cute and humorous... but i don't think it's meant for girls one right.. =S Lol... Luckily i'm one who has lots of male hormones to appreciate this gift... Haha~ ThankS!! =D

AFter the gift exchange, JL began to miss home liao, lol... had to go over to his cousin's house.. So he had to leave early... while we head for Westmall (after another long debate) for window shopping~ Hahaha...

Stopped at KFC for dinner... Then realised YB 跟 YT is 同一国 one.. Cannot eat vegetables at all de... Eat cheese fries also must pick out each and every single little teeny weeny bit of the almost tasteless spring onion that's sprinkled on it.. Thought YT is the only fussy eater.. Guess i'm wrong.. Lolx...

Later WH and TL walked me home~!! HAHahah... =D Sat at the bus stop and chat a bit while waiting for TL's bus..

Then home.

So end of Xmas day, this is all my birthday + christmas gifts from friends~ =D



My bday gifts from WY, SY, PF... Hahaha~ Thank you guys!! Paiseh leh, wasted that one day because i couldn't decide what to buy.. Haha, but see what i bought with you all's $30... Me power right... Lolx... THankS~!!!




Last tues --> Went out with KL

Went to watch Charlotte's Web with KL at Causeway Point.. Took Neoprints too~ Haha.. Paiseh KL, i haven't scan the pics yet.. Will try to do so and send them to you soon.. Heh...



Last thurs--> Went skating workshop

Went to the rollerblading workshop with SW, which is organised by the NUSSC.. Quite fun~ But still don't really know how to rollerblade well.. HAhaha.. PAid $20, the workshop lasted for about 8 hours.. Not bad.. got free gifts some more.. Haha! =D

Halfway, surprisingly met a couple of people there...On their way to somewhere... In the end joined them for dinner too~ Hahaha...



Last fri --> Went ice skating

Hahaha.. Last minute joined WH, TL and their two friends for ice skating.. Finally put my skating membercard to use!! Lol.. IF not, pay $5 for nothing sia... HAhaha.. AT the end, my legs got blue blacks sia..after rollerblading the previous day and immediately iceskating the next.. Fell down once... Phew~ Great improvement from the record of 7 my first time.. Did i mention this is my 7th or 8th visit to fuji ice palace already?? =X

Went to arcade after that... Me and TL spotted a shuai ge there.. Hurhur.. And he looks even more shuai when he played the drums!! Even brought his own drum sticks (to avoid any possible ambiguity, they aren't chicken ones.. =S) and scored a total of 400+ close to 500 combo points when he's at his highest.. Shuai~~~

Played Bishi Bashi.. Hahaha~!!! Whoa~ So fun man~ HAven't played that for ages.. Lucky i haven't lose my touch.. Hehe...



Sun to today --> melacca + genting

Melacca - Nothing much.. As my dad says, go there is only to eat only.. Yet the food there is really not fantastic at all.. Hmmm.. in my opinion, i think any Singapore Kopitiam stall can beat their food there... There's a huge looonng queue for their only famous cuisine --> Chicken Rice Balls...

Don't understand why there's the queue.. Tried it a few years ago, i remember it's not really superb or extremely delicious.. Perhaps it's the novelty that attracts the crowd bah.. But then.. not much either, just chicken rice looking like fishballs.. That's all..

This is probably my Nth time to genting... Nothing new.. except that Theme Park Hotel has new room extensions and Hotel First World had a few new shops here and there.. Since the theme park is so crowded and no one in my family likes the theme park anymore.. I resorted to only shopping throughout my Genting trip.. which is quite sian, especially when there's only those few shoppable shops...

Main attraction is of course.. the casino. Which i still can't enter!! Roars!! Hahaha.. My dad went there of course.. "working" throughout the night with only few hours of sleep.. and still.. lost at the end of the day. HAiZ...

And that kinda breakfast we gonna have this morning.. YEah, super not delicious at all.. =(
