Eventful day...

Only left about 4 weeks to my final exams~!!!

Arrrggghhh... Have to start mugging already... Sian.

So today, met up with yt in school to mug. But not much progress again, of course. Only read less than a chapter.. Haiz...

But because i don't have a handphone, meeting up with yt is an absolute chore (haha.. yes yt, me also feel that way k... lol..). I ended my rp at 11.30am. Supposed to meet her at the Central library at 12 noon. But when i reached the library at 11.35am, i realised it's closed on public holidays!!! Ahhhh!!!

Since there's some time, i thought of calling yt to cancel today's mugging program. So i went to look for a payphone somewhere in arts. I walked all the way from forum to canteen and even further down... Not a phone in sight.

Finally saw one outside LT10, but it requires the Singtel phonecard... -_-... Who uses that phonecard today??

Continued my quest for a payphone that accepts coins... Finally saw another phone sign at AS7. Phew, I thought...

Until i realised it's another phonecard payphone again!!! ARrgggghhhh!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Why can't NUS just install coin-payphones instead of phonecard payphones???? Nowadays almost everyone has a handphone, nobody would invest in a phonecard anymore lor... People only use payphone maybe because of emergency or lost their handphones like me, so who would predict they will have such emergencies and keep a phonecard with them at all times?? Bah!!

Never mind, went to the bus stop to wait for bus to take me to forum again to comb the area for payphones again. But the stupid buses were SO long~ Made me wait for about 10-15 minutes i think.. So in the end, i walked all the way there instead, perspiring profusely when i finally reached there. But no payphone in sight also...

Went to the Computer Centre bus stop. Thought of taking a bus to Clementi to get a payphone to contact yt at the last resort. But because i didn't have a watch with me either, i was really shocked to see the vending machine time displayed 12.03pm. Haiz.. And i still thought it was not 12 yet. So i dragged my feet back to the Central Library...Might as well wait for yt to come then discuss what to do next...

But i didn't see her when i reached there. Went to an empty bench to wait for her. IT's at this very moment that i saw a row of coin-payphones at the corner!!!! And I swear i've never seen them before during those few thousand times i've walked past that area!!! But anyway i'm too happy to bother... It's like seeing a mirage in a desert sia~!!! Lol...

At the payphone, realised don't have yt's no. Called ws's house (luckily i still preserve her no. somewhere in my memory...), got yt's no. and i FINALLY contacted yt................. Ya, and as expected, she's late again... *shake head* =X

Discussed with her, and we decided to go engin to mug in the end, as the benches are fully booked in the forum. Passed by the tutorial rooms, then we remembered YB said that tutorial rooms are empty in engin during holidays. And those rooms are unlocked!! We must be blessed...

There's no remote control for the air-con or anything, the dunno-what's-its-purpose controller on the wall also doesn't magically turn on the air-con or something... Haiz... So much for feeling blessed...

YT called kr, he told her that EA block tutorial rooms are fully air-conditioned. So we made our way there.. Went in to one of them... The controller-on-the-wall in there is slightly different from the previous one, it looked more like an air-con controller... Our hopes raised... Fiddle, fiddle.. we pressed all the buttons available... But the stupid air-con still doesn't work. ARgGh!!!! YT called kr for the Nth time, she was told that we have to wait for 5 mins.

Wait........ 5 mins, 10 mins..........

Still no air-con!!! Grrr.....

Ok, fine... I take out my Stats textbook to read.......................

Wait.

Where's my STATS TEXTBOOK??!!!!

Don't tell me it's gone again!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I immediately rushed to all the tutorial rooms we've previously entered.

Finally found it at the first tutorial room. Phew!!! Lucky it's not lost!!! But i guess only a pervert would steal a STats Textbook bah... Hahaha....

Went back. Air-con STiLL not working, and the room's getting stuffy already. Shifted to a bench outside instead...

So it's already 1pm before the whole fiasco ended... And we finally settled down to study..





Went to MacDonald's at 3.30pm (cos all the canteens are not open). There i get to witness the Unstoppable Fry-Eating Stunt... =X

Later we had a fun time chatting with Ng, and YT's primary school friend aka Ng's project partner... =X What with robbers, trees, grass, environment, and healthy fries, i laughed till my cheeks ached... Hehe...

When i went back home, my mom told me my aunt gave her an old samsung handphone.. WhoA~! So lucky man!! Maybe Heaven took pity on me for my unlucky morning events, and sent me this handphone.. haha~ Old phone, no camera, no mp3, no radio, no bluetooth... even the sms interface can only type in CAPs for T9 format... But it's still a handphone nonetheless...and better than no phone... Haha.... So can send me your numbers liao... And please send, if you don't want to me to ask who are you everytime you sms me... hah...

OkieZ... Wished i could blog more, but i'm really shagged now... Sorry for the poor use of grammar today, and maybe even some spelling mistakes i think... HAha~
